
Rosetta Rosati immigrated to Canada, in the late fifties, at age eleven. She attended Marymount High School in Montreal and later studied finance. She married, returned to Italy and pursued a career in banking in Milan in managerial positions with international banks.Retired, she is now President of Università della Terza Età – UNITRE – Siziano, Pavia, where she also gives an “English Conversation” course.Her book, Maples & Chestnuts (Longbridge Books 2017), and the Italian version, Aceri & Castagni (Longbridge Books 2019), is a sequence of creative nonfiction stories, which recounts her family history spanning three generations in Italy and Canada.
