
Michelle Jäger is an Adelaide-based fiction writer, often of the speculative kind. She recently won the Elle Australia 2018 short story competition, placed runner-up in the InkTears’ 2018 short story competition, and was short-listed for the Hammond House Short Story Prize. Her work has appeared in a variety of anthologies and magazines including Elle, SQ Mag, Midnight Echo, Hammond House’s Leaving anthology (forthcoming), and Glimmer Press’ Thrill Me anthology (forthcoming). She has a BA in International Studies from Monash University and a PhD in Creative Writing from the University of Adelaide. She is currently working on a novel.
